Movie Update: Wanderlust

Movie update
So sadly, and strangely, I have yet to see Ghost Rider. Maybe it's because I can't stand Nick Cage or maybe it's because the first one wasn't really good either way I have been avoiding it. But I did see Wanderlust last weekend, and let me just say that it has to be one of the FUNNIEST movies I have seen since Bridesmaids. I was laughing so hard at one point I was in tears. Paul Rudd is one of my favorite comedic actors and with Jennifer Aniston they make an amazing comedy duo! I really don't want to say to much about, but I will say it is a MUST see for 2012, well worth the $10 for the ticket (even though Meg and I paid $5.50 for each of our tickets). But like a lot of other R rated comedies this movie is VERY vulgarer, so don't see it with your Mom or Dad or Grandparents (trust me it will save you from a very uncomfortable 2 and half mins).

That's all I have to report, happy movie watching all!!

Movie Update

Hello movie goer's,
First off Happy Belated Valentine's Day! Hope everybody did something fun. But getting to the point. This week I went to 2 movies, I saw Chronicle and The Vow.
Chronicle, I thought was amazing! The only two things I didn't like about it was the shortness and it was a bit spotty. It was suppose to be taken in by the one person filming so I understand the spottiness. The running time was 1hr 24min, but it seems much shorter then that. The overall story line was great, I mean if you get superpowers wouldn't you do the same things they do? To me its a must see and if your on the fence about it, maybe just wait to rent it, but DEFINITELY see!

The Vow, like all Nicholas Sparks based movies, it as A LOT of dramatic spots in you laugh, you cry (every girl in the theater cried), you get annoyed and then laugh and cry more. This type of movie usually isn't on my must see list but after seeing it I would recommend it to others. It has a great underline story and meaning to it.

Coming up this week:
Ghost Rider 2, not extremely excited, because of Nick Cage, but I still really really really want to see the movie. Sorry if I offend any Nick Cage fans, but he ruins so many movies for me. He is the one actor that I will refuse to see majority of movies.
This Means War, look amazing! Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine, Tom Hardy, Chelsea Handler this makes for a very funny movie. Hopefully I won't be as disappointed with like I was with One for the Money.

Well that's all from me, happy movie watching!

Movie Update

Hello All,
So, I saw One for the Money on Friday and I must say it was quite a let down. The story was great, but I feel very let down by Kathrine Hiegl's performance. I can now see why not many like her, and I normally love the movies she stars in, but this one was not for her!

I am really excited for Chronicle, that movie seem really interesting and I like how they are not really tell you much in the preview, so it leaves more to the imagination. Safe House is another one that look really good, and of course Ryan Reynolds is in it, so it has to be good!

Well that's all from me, happy movie watching!

Movie updates

Hello Friends!
So I regret to say that I have not started my 2012 Epic Movie watching yet. The only movies I have seen in the theaters thus far is, Contraband, side note: the movie was really good I just wish it had a little bit more action and less talking, lol. The other movie was Twilight Breaking Dawn Pt 1, now before anybody says anything, that movie really wasn't to bad, the first two movie SUCKED completely the dialog, the awkward acting, and many other things went terribly wrong. But the third one, with the awesome vampire/werewolf battle, since then I've been, shall I say, hooked. I am really excited to see One for the Money, with Kathrine Heigl, for two reasons 1) I love Kathrine Heigl 2) I looks really funny! I do also have an update to the movie list that I, some how, looked over. Here it is:

Wanderlust - 2/24
Act of Valor - 2/24
Hunger Games - 3/23
Snow White & The Huntsman - 6/1
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter - 6/22
Resident Evil: Retribution - 9/14
Fun Size - 10/12
The Wedding - 10/19
Twilight: Breaking Dawn Pt 2 - 11/16
Rise of the Guardians - 11/21
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey - 12/14
The Great Gatsby - 12/28

I think that's all of the movies worth spending 11 bucks for this year! If I missed something you're dying to see or you saw one of they movies please let me know what you think. I would love to hear everybody's opinions!
